Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
 • The item must be unused and in its original condition
 • The item must be returned in the original packaging
 • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
